The underwater city of Rapture was created to be a paradise for humanity's greatest, but the days of peace have long passed. The year is 1959, and a civil war is ravaging the city. Desperate to survive, most of the population have turned to Plasmids, power giving drugs, that have severe mental and physical detriments. Children are disappearing, families are being torn apart, and people are being killed in the streets. Amidst the chaos, a family is looking to survive and potentially escape Rapture -- no matter the cost.
