Determination ~ The Souls
The monster family are growing closer, and everything is starting to get better. Until it all seems to fall apart again. Chara's past is revealed and the monsters and Frisk have to try to help her through it, however it seems that the other two kids in the family might be in need of help too. This is the third book in the DETERMINATION series (probably the last). Please read the first book which is called Determination- An Undertale Fan-Fic and then the second book called Determination ~ Family before you read this as some things will not really make sense. I do NOT own Undertale but I do own this plot/story. Some of the characters are mine, I assume that you will know who is from the game and who is not. This story is inspired by many other works and may bear some resemblance in certain places. However, I will endeavor to make this story it's own. 2 years ago monsters were released from the underground, ending their centuries-long imprisonment at the hands of ancient humans. Not a soul remains in the underground. But that doesn't mean no one's there. Be it chance or fate, The First Fallen will soon meet an all too curious human as he ventures into the deep beneath. The Reader or [Y/n] is male and Chara is female. I apologize if this bothers you it's just how I've always seen the character. Disclaimer: I don't own these Chara-cters nor do I own Undertale. This is just for fun. This story's rating is [M] for explicit language, violence, suggestive or sexual themes, and fantasy/fictional violence. It was just a normal Saturday. (Y/N) was playing Undertale for the millionth time. She was obsessed. (Y/N) had played all of the routes. True Pacifist, No Mercy/Genocide, Neutral. She experimented with killing certain characters doing different things. Then, as (Y/N) started a new game, she felt a falling sensation, as if she just fell out of her chair. She blacked out soon after. When she woke up, she was lying on a bed of golden flowers. She knew this place. (Y/N) was in the game. Saving Them (an Undertale fanfiction)
The barrier is broken, monsters and humans are living in peace, everyone is happy except for one person. Frisk has been getting waking nightmares about not saving Asriel. They want to save him to erase all guilt and to be with their friend. But Asriel isn't the only one that needs to be saved. Something, someone lurks inside Frisk's soul. Someone deadly and has a hunger for power, and can kill anyone they want. A/N Frisk and Chara are both gender ambiguous in this story. Also there will be a little bit of Frisk x Asriel in this story, but this is not a Frisk x Asriel fanfiction. Credit to @karinacat59 for the cover.
