TITLE ART WAS DRAWN BY ME. When a girl named Aubrey moves from the busy town of Sarasota, Florida to Jasper, Nevda, it's kind of a hard adjustment. She spent most of her time daydreaming in class and doing almost nothing that was remotely close to thrilling. Until her wish came true. Walking home from school, Aubrey gets threatened by a decepticon, and an autobot medic named Ratchet manages to get her out alive. Now she's been thrown into the middle of a techno-alien war-- and she loves every minute of it! Until it gets personal when her father goes missing... Aubrey has to live with a new burden, and making hard choices seem to be a pattern for her. Will she ever find her father alive? Will she even survive this alien robot war? But what happens when they reveal their abilities to the Autobots and the kids? How will they react or even think? What will happen if the Decepticons ever found out?
