This is a story where the world is completely taken over by technology. They have food coming out of despensers, they move around in electric chairs and cars, nobody even walks anymore. There are even electric trees! Nobody, and I mean NOBODY does anything for themselves anymore.

Except for one, fourteen year old boy.

This boy hates this tech world. Though, he doesn't necessarily despise technology, he just wants people to do things that can be good for them. He always asks his parents to let him go outside and play american football, or maybe simply go jog. His parents always tell him "Why do you want to do that? You have more games to play on your game console and your computer!"

Can this boy change the way people use the tech-based world?

Hadley Jamison doesn't know what to think when she hears that her classmate, Archer Morales, committed suicide. She didn't exactly know him, but that doesn't stop her from feeling like there was something she could have done to help him. So to Hadley's surprise, on the very night of Archer's funeral, she has a run in with Death himself and is offered the chance to go back in time to stop Archer from ending his life. The catch? She only has twenty-seven days to do it. And if Hadley doesn't succeed? Well, she doesn't want to think about that.
