Kate lives in a regular family, and lives a normal life. She has just been proposed to by her boyfriend, Chase. She has also just turned 18 years old and finally has her "freedom." She plans on moving out of her house with her fiance and starting a family, although she is unsure about marrying him. She runs into a secret society that is need of help and is at risk of losing their way of life. The only way she can help is to betray her family, her fiance, and everything she has ever known.
