Chisai Koneki meets a peculiar boy called Katsuki Bakugou when she moved to Japan from another country.
Chisai looks at a brochure for U.A. Academy, and while doing so, a villain frames her for a crime, and she gets attacked by reporters.
Katsuki jumps in to stop her, as she had already started attacking the reporters at full strength.
Everyone who saw the incident, seemed to think that Chisai really was evil, until All Might proves her innocence.
All Might gets Chisai into U.A. Academy, and that's where it all begins...
