This story there is no Uchiha Massacre.
There is still the Akatsuki.
Itachi and Sasuke are like older brothers to Menma.
Fugaku and Mikoto are like Second Parents to Menma.

This story is where Minato and Kushina are still alive and half the nine tails is sealed in Naruto, the other Half inside Naruto's little brother Menma. Menma feels alone because he doesn't look like either of his parents, the only resemblance he has to his family is whisker marks he inherited from the Kyubi and his Older brother.

Naruto loves his little brother and always wants to protect him from bullies and fangirls, the only thing is Menma doesn't need protection, he is the one with fangirls, he is the one that bullies, he is at the top of the class alongside Sasuke Uchiha, While Naruto is the dead last.
