[Book 1 of The Capitol Games series] It had been done. Katniss had cast her vote, Haymitch following with her choice. The Capitol children would have a Hunger Games to let them have a taste of their own medicine and Katniss would make sure they had the worst of it. This year, it's time for the 4th quarter quell and the capitol has a big surprise for the districts. There will be three games. The first game will consists of district 1-6. 3 males and 3 females will be reaped from each district to participate. 12 of the 36 will move in to a final game. Then the second game will consist of district 7-12. 3 males and 3 females will also be reaped. Again 12 of the 36 will move on to a final game.
