When Niall falls ill at a week long concert in New York, Louis gets very worried about him, But Niall won't listen to him, and is adamant he is performing, and won't listen to anyone who says different. When Zayn discovers this 12 year old kid on youtube called Carson Lueders, he decides to invite him to be the featured artist for the shows. Carson proves to be a big hit with the band when Niall's health deteriorates. When Niall ends up in hospital, Louis realizes his passion for Niall and he expresses his love and feelings for him.
