Tips and Ideas for when I have writer's block

Hi, my name is Emma! If you're here, I'm guessing you and I share the unfortunate fate of often feeling like we're in a rut, and our creativity just isn't flowing very well.That, my friend, is what I like to call "Writer's Block". It's very annoying and for some, it takes quite a while to get out of the funk. Luckily, you've found my little vault of tips, tricks, prompts and ideas to help you get out of this brain fart you're stuck in!
I'm not going to update/posts regularly, it's more or less going to be categories instead of chapters and I'm either going to continuously add on, or switch the ideas out every month or so (let me know which you guys would prefer!) Anyways, read on! Also, most if not all of these ideas are from blogs on tumblr, so you don't have to ask before taking these ideas. I'd love if you guys would comment the idea/prompt/tips you're going to take/use, just so I can see which are more popular and see what you guys like and don't like! This book/project is ALL about communicating, so please leave comments and your thoughts/opinions!

Story Ideas!!!
These were just a few ideas I had but didn't know if they were good or not, but wanted to at least show a little bit of what I came up with. Maybe some of these will become full-on stories. Others maybe something that I had trouble with an didn't want to be troubled with. And they could also be bits and pieces of a sequel story. Hopefully you'll like it. WARNING!!! The Deal
(Seven years ago) (Sean) "I will help you with your debts if you do something in return for me." (Skylar) "You can't help me... In case you haven't noticed I'm swimming in debts." (Sean) "I am very much aware of your debts. I'm not saying that I will pay all of them but I can give you enough money for you to pay them gradually." I sigh and I sit on the chair. He sits in front of me, resting his elbows on his knees and his chin on his hands. (Sean) "I know everything, Sky... I can help you." I have no choice... (Skylar) "Okay... What do I have to do?" One night, a stripper meets a hot suited guy. He chooses her to serve him but what happens when he decides he wants more from her? Will she give in to his touch? * A mature story that contains strong language and sexual content.* Note: There is a photo on each chapter. I suggest you don't see it if you're not old enough. *wink* **I realized that this doesn't happen in many books, or none (I haven't read a book where this type of writing was used) but I want to let you know that during the story and when the characters speak, the person's name is in between brackets before the speech. Simply because it would probably get confusing if there wasn't anything that could distinguish who is talking after the speech. I hope you find it convenient during your reading.**Complete

Have you ever gone on an eBook website and reread the same plot over and over and OVER again? Isn't it annoying? In this project, I will be exposing--what I think--are the ten most overused and cliche stories on the net. Going Undercover With a Yikver
I need that promotion. So what if I have to pretend to be a whore? So what if I have to prance around in little clothing, go around flirting, and deal with dangerous men? It's all to take the Raven's down and get that damn promotion. Only problem is my partner... he's a Yeikver, an alien whose ancestors came to earth years ago seeking refuge and caused mayhem once they landed. If my parents knew, they'd chain me to their house to prevent me from going on with my assignment. It's a good thing I didn't tell them, then. Now I'm dancing in clubs, pretending to be a Yikver's whore, and coming closer to one than I have ever before in my entire life. And the crazy thing is... maybe Yeikver's aren't as bad as I was raised to believe. Maybe there really are two sides to every story. Well, here's mine... *Mature content* ... very mature.. Like, descriptive, omgggggg, ahhhhhh, mature... Enjoy! hehehe P.S I know the cover sucks, listen I tried. There's descriptions in the book, I hope you do a better job of picturing it than I did editing it lol Also, please keep in mind I wrote the first chunk of the story in one go and then edited it once before uploading. Then finished the rest in another go and once again, edited it once before uploading it. Take this story for what it is; a romance with alien smut lol. I feel like I tried to make it realistic and avoid silly grammar errors but its definitely no Nobel Prize haha. I thought adding the whole undercover spy aspect to the story would make it more interesting but surprise surprise... I'm not actually a spy! And I don't have a brain like one either lol. Unfortunately. But yeah, I tried and many readers seemed to enjoy the story so I'll tell myself it was decently written hahaComplete
Creative Writing Shorts
So, I have a best friend who is basically my sister. She now has Wattpad and has DEMANDED that I put my Creative Writing Prompts/Shorts/To Be Continued stories on here. She thinks that there needs to be full out books growing from these in the future. (We shall see, sis! We shall see) These do not align with my fanfiction fandoms that I write about, but my own creative mind in twisted originality. Not mature for the younger audiences. -------------------------------- I don't like explaining my books because when I do I tend to write everything that happens, so I am just going to say that I come up with these horribly dark ideas and put them into books, of course these books may be sad, and maybe even a bit sadistic, and in my mind they are badass, but when I write them down I don't feel as if I can show what I am truly imagining. I feel as if they suck, but my best friend tells me that they are amazing and that I better publish them when I finish so I did. Obviously. So eh. Yes, I know I happen to say this in each of my story descriptions but I truly do end up ruining the story if I write about it. There is foul language, sexual content, stupidity, and most likely some grammar errors, so I'm just forewarning anyone that reads it.
