Peter liked Gamora ever since he laid eyes on her. However, his reckless, womanising, music-loving attitude is not the best about him. After saving the galaxy twice now, Peter now wants to tell his feelings for her. Will Gamora accept, or turn him down one more time? This is told in both of their points of view (though not first-person) for a more detailed read.

A/N: This is the 1st time I made a fanfic, so it'll be a little cruddy. I like Star-Lord and Gamora's connection and Guardians of the Galaxy. Anyway, doing this was fun. I'll try updatimg when the right idea comes. Sorry about the cover :(

This is part 1 of Rocket x Oc part 2 coming soon I used to have a beautiful nice life with both my parents that was until my father had passed away just leaving both me and my mother. My mother and me weren't human my father was but me and my mother were a rare bird called a Phoenix. My mother also decided to name me after my own species so that's that I guess. Sand Dancing included a type of stone and you would do a specific dance to control the sand. After learning all my abilities along with Sand dancing and flying I finally decided to leave this place. I was now at least 13 years old so let's just say some time has passed. I then decided to teleport to the further parts of the galaxy. In that part a lot of things worked differently so I would have to do things I've never done before. Then there I met a Raccoon and some odd plant guy. Will this Raccoon and this plant guy be friends with Phoenix or will they turn her in for some credits read to fine out.
