Thomas leaves Alex and his son Phillip to go to France for a new job opportunity. Soon they lost touch unintentionally of course but Thomas never gives a second thought on leaving to go to France. It was the best decision in his life but he missed Alex and his child that he's almost never seen.
After 5 years of being in France Thomas comes back. Everybody remembers him but Alex. John,who happens to have a "love" for Alex,gets jealous and teams up with James Madison to try to get them to leave eachother again.
