Poe and Ranpo attend the same College. They've known each other for several years and grow closer because of the fact they are neighbors. they become almost inseperable and they appear to have something more than friendship. After Ranpo realizes the fact, he decides to confess, the only problem, poe does not get it for the reason that he doesn't think he deserves it.
