so basically, when a someone (in this case PJO/HoO)  turns 12 (I am going to make them all 12 except Thalia just to get rid of awkwardness and I have a special suprise) they get a tattoo but not any tattoo this one appears overnight and it represents your soulmate and each tattoo is very different, prepare for laughs, tears and even some damaged feels (sorry)
