Possessive and assertive. He is the owner, CEO and chairman of the Manchesturfield Hospital. He is a billionaire. James grew up in a loving household with his successful parents. His moms name is Janet and his dads name is Robert. He has two sisters, Angel and Isabella. He also has a best friend named cameron. Omar is Vanessa's personal and sexual servant. Josalina is their maid. Vanessa, Derrick, and James are in a polygamous relationship. They live in a 12,000 square foot mansion and don't have any kids yet.
