Genesis' previous summers have been nothing but bland and boring.

But that's soon to change when the Benson boys move in next door.

And let's not forget grumpy Augustus, who smells like chlorine and sea because he's always doing endless laps in his pool just keep girls swooning over him.

But then there's Ethan, arrogant, cocky, rude Ethan. Who secretly adores Genesis but makes sure to show the opposite. The Ethan who breaks hearts especially girls like Genesis. But will he soon realize there more to the girl next door?
