Liz Kruz is 12 and her Dad is remarried to 18 year old Alex's mom. After about a year of being step siblings Alex and Cece start looking at each other differently. Alex wonders why Cece's blue eyes sparkle in a way he's never noticed and Cece wonders why she thinks about running her hands through his rich dark hair. They bond for over a year and fall deeper and deeper for eachother, but will they be willing to wait until Cece's at least 18?
