Some get a easy life, others struggle their whole life, but Scarlett had it hard. When Scarlett was born her mother died during labor from loss of too much blood and all Scarlett had left was her father.

But her farther blamed her for her mother dying so although he didn't want to raise her he kept her because she resembled her mother and she was all he had left of his wife.

As Scarlett grew she was beaten by her farther from age 12 and she always felt alone, but that all changed on the day the vampire goddess Nyx marked her.
