Through their curiosity, Kat and Claire made their way to Dressrosa. Upon discovering that the country was run by Doflamingo and his family, they thought it was time to liberate the citizens and settle a deeply rooted history between them and the tyrant.
Spoilers for the Dressrosa arc. If you think a canon character (or any character) is acting OOC, please let me know. Sometimes I don't catch these things, and a quick, "Hey, this doesn't seem right," would be really great!
