What might be your greatest struggle can be your greatest story.
Emily Daclan has always had a modest life full of the necessities of a successful life - normal family, loyal boyfriend, promising career, and comfort of friends. But when she met with a traumatizing incident on a business trip out of town, her life has gone from the inside looking out to outside looking in. She developed a phobia with the opposite sex and can't function around them in general. She had just started to warm up again to her boyfriend of three years, Lucas Juico, who does not know a thing about her developed phobia, when he suddenly decided to drop a major destabilizing force to their normal day-to-day life. Then came Oliver Wabin, calm-natured, understanding and against Emily's best interests, a perfect gentleman. But he was still a man, who Emily knew all too could not have a normal conversation with. What more interact with him every day.
Now, Emily has to deal with waning her growing androphobia, keeping it a secret from everyone around her, and literally living with her fear every day. How normal can she make her life be when not just her mental state, but also her emotional state was put to the tests?
This person will always be there for you when you need them. This person will always pull practical jokes on you just for fun. This person will forgive you for whatever mean, cruel, and or sarcastic thing you ever said to them. Why? Because they are your best frenemy forever. They might not use the word "frenemy" to describe themselves but that's what they are. They'll always have your back but they'll make sure they laugh when you do something stupid too. Eric and Alison have this sort of relationship with each other. But maybe for one of them, it's always been more than that. We'll just have to wait for the other to realize it. But what will they do? Do they feel the same way or is it just another crush?
