Exciting news update - HAWK is in the very early stages of being adapted into an animated TV show! Please make sure to
stick around and add this story to your shelves for upcoming announcements. Thanks so much
for your support :)

Kas Balera is used to a bit of chaos.

As a space bounty hunter, capturing three Class-2 criminals should have been the most difficult part of her week, but when a disaster of epic proportions rocks the entire solar system, Kas is thrust into the midst of an adventure far beyond her wildest fantasies.

With the help of a federal robot, a child genius, and her trusty ship - the Calista - Kas must use all her quick thinking and sharp wit if she's going to stay alive and uncover the new dark and dangerous mysteries of the galaxy.

Pursued by evil X1 robots, bio-mech panthers and astral police officers, even Kas's kick-ass fight training and expert piloting can't seem to stop the entire galaxy from going after her.

ā– Interstellar pilot and ex-adventurer Alex Gallegos must keep their team safe on an icy moon as sentient storms threaten to repeat the tragedy that ended their last career. ā– Everyone in the United Inhabited Solar Systems (for some reason, UIS for short) knows to stay away from Mahaha. The icy moon is notorious for failed probe landings and research missions that end in tragedy: the only people to ever venture to its surface needed rescuing after just two weeks. When a prestigious research group decides they want a turn, they ask Alex Gallegos to lead the team. Perfectly qualified and haunted by their past, Alex accepts, hoping to make up for old mistakes and get just a little further from the earth they've left behind. Two months into the seven-month mission, the team is struggling with discontent, damaged equipment, and blizzards acting less and less like normal weather. As Mahaha moves out of range of help and the storms take on a more malicious character, Alex must face the one foe they could never have prepared for. Mahaha may or may not be alive. ā–ā–ā– Complete. Wattys 2021 Shortlister. Standalone sequel (Rocks Can Dance) coming in 2023. Comments and critiques are both welcome and appreciated. (Highest Ranking: 40 in Science Fiction) The crew of the Renegade is back, and the chase is on! After losing Andress to the GDF, Nolun and the rest of the Slingers have set off across the galaxy to find her. But, many new challenges and obstacles await them, as Nolun and Andress face a planet unlike anything that they've ever seen before, and the twins and Dante are forced to confront demons from their past. Meanwhile, Gottlieb has begun construction of a device that seeks to threaten the freedom of the universe, and plans to use it's power along with that of the Dorado Pieces. And, this adventure spells doom for one member of the crew of the Renegade...and perhaps the fate of the galaxy as well. This is a sequel to the first book, Slingers, so go read that first, or else you will be extremely confused. Otherwise, enjoy!
