Things Aren't Always as They Seem is yet another short story about a girl named Brooke. She has a very close friend. But this friend has a catch-he's in her mind. With Uriah(her friend) liking her and Brooke liking a guy at school with a friend faithfully stalking her, she attempts to just survive freshman year of high school. But a party is the thing to turn things around... Has her best friend just created a monster of a night, or can Brooke survive not only several tumbles, but a crazy love triangle that has two vertices pointing towards her?
