Adrien Agreste, the Amazing Cat Noir, is beginning to lose faith in his partner, the Miraculous Ladybug. Their partnership is beginning to fade. He's beginning to lose confidence in himself. The trust he once had for Ladybug is beginning to crumble.
After Cat Noir's life is turned upside down, he is forced to make hard decisions before even leaving Paris due to Gabriel Agreste's plans to go to New York in America for a business trip, taking his son along. Just when Adrien begins to enjoy this break, it turns out that Hawk Moth has also come to New York. And to make things even worse, Grandmaster Su-Han and his rebuilt order, Queen Bee, and Volpina all seem to have similar plans...
No partner. No back-up. No direct plan. Alone. Flying solo. Taking on the world. A stray.
Cat Noir's a kid who just wants to have fun with his job, not wanting to die so dramatically. He wants to still live his life as a normal teenage superhero. The time to die is not now.
Ultimately cared. Awesome look. Uncontrolled. Non-existing fear. Freedom.
Adrien Agreste who's trying to be the best he can and live the best of lives. He wants to continue going to a public high school and represent the best parts of his family.
Now, in his darkest hour, the boy's worlds are beginning to collide. Cat Noir finally meets duty and Adrien is at last introduced to freedom. The Model begins to truly understand, he's ready to take on the world. No one can stop him now. He knows who he is. He's gotta fight for the truth. He can't let the world go dark.
Cat Noir has got to become greater than he's ever been in his whole life. Adrien Agreste has got to learn how he can finally be himself with the freedom he's never been given before. And the most important thing yet, he's got to learn that these "two" people can't exist without one another, they become even greater than just one of them.
They can become even greater, together.
