Leaving her past behind her, Alex meets a troubled boy, Nik. Alex seems drawn to him, in a way she can't explain. When strange things start occurring, Nik seems to know something. Tragedy strikes and Alex finds herself being thrown into a world she never knew existed. She seemed to be the biggest piece of a puzzle no one had been able to solve. Will Alex be able to handle her new found life and stand up to the challenge, or will she die trying?
