It has been roughly a year since Frisk has freed the monsters from the underground. However, when it is discovered that there is a chance at saving Chara and Asriel from their cruel fates, Frisk does all she can in her power to give them their happy ending that was stolen from them in a tragic tale. How will everyone react to the news of Toriel's son and adoptive daughter coming back? And how will life on the surface go for everyone? Perhaps things will be more complicated than they seem? And what lurks in the shadows, hidden from the naked eye that assumes all is sunshine and rainbows?

Was this truly the last RESET? Sans wondered. But he knew only Frisk would tell, only this young girl would decide his future. He hated the thought of it at first, but hatred began to grow numb after he figured out he had no say in his own future. He had to admit though, Frisk was pretty reasonable, it was Chara who was the maniac. But she was gone now, so what was the anticipating, eerie, feeling that he had in his bones?
