Every ten years, the Nation's Council holds a 'gathering'. They invite the top ten packs from across the country. They compete for prizes such as land, supplies, and money for the farther growth of their pack.
The competition last about 2-3 weeks. Everything is finalized after the approval of the Nation's Council.
Every twenty years, two special events happen during the 'gathering'. (1)the Nation's Council invites ten pack members to join the council no matter their status within their pack (2)a few international/royal packs are invited to the 'gathering'.
*Females of all status and only Omega males can get pregnant
*Story mainly follows the omegas.
