An asylum is supposed to be a place get help for your mental illness and be a safe space right? Well in this asylum that isn't the case.  The inmates get tortured daily and often get killed or kill themselves and it gets covered as a death by "natural cause."
In this book contains the written experiences of the residents that have lived in the Great Catholic Mental Institution. Be warned though,  some of the things that were written is....... disturbing to say the least.
