Honestly, Brin thought this would be more thrilling. Stowing away in the back of a car, that is. So far she's incurred a bruised butt, what feels like a hundred speed bumps, and a music playlist that made her ears bleed. 

Some Saturday this turned out to be.

19 year old Brin Henderson can honestly say she's never ventured outside the town Clearview, except through the novels she devours at the local library where she works, Widgets.

Enter Elliott Mitchell, faithfully occupying a booth nearly everyday for two months. 

Nearing the end of a shift, Brin spots the book Elliott left behind. Returning it proves difficult since her boss has donated it to a library a few towns over.

What happens next is a tale of humour, high jinks and love.
