Waking up in a forest isn't exactly an everyday occurrence. Nor was finding out that magic was real and fantastical beasts were trying to kill humans just because they didn't bow down to them. Oh and here's the kicker-humans are endangered and were forced to go into hiding. (The images don't belong to me (I wish I had that talent tho) so please don't sue me)

"Just because something is considered a well accepted fact, doesn't necessarily make it true" Dragons are vile, dragons are wicked, dragons are evil, and above all dragons are dangerous. Everyone knows this, so did Lynwood, son of the local woodsman. He had read enough about dragons to know of their terror and danger and that they must be killed on sight. Not like he had anything to fear, dragons have long become extinct .....or have they? When sudden peril comes to the simple woodsman home and Lynwood's father is arrested with the accusation of plotting against the king, Lynwood and his sister have to flee into the mountains with a mysterious letter that must be taken to the king's nephew. It is there that Lynwood will discover that dragons are not so extinct after all. Lynwood will find himself tangled in the sticky web of politics, and his one key to getting himself and everyone else out of it will be to put aside his prejudice and come to see dragons for what they really are. The place of nightmares that very few know of, the place of cruel and inhumane tests conducted on the innocent. Castle Rock at [DATA EXPUNGED], has experienced a site-wide destabilization due to the intense polar storm that currently is decimating the tundra. These storms are known to be dangerous for a plethora of reasons throughout the world. The Facility and all of it's holding cells & security stations deactivated and disabled due to the storm. Releasing everything without supervision. Hence, this phenomenon being called "Destabilization". Now, Monsters and deviants alike set free to roam. Some take matters into their own hands to escape. (Y/N) is a subject within the bowels of the facility, among the few who have the will to survive. Though, with little knowledge of their own past and current situation, (Y/N) finds some friends along the way. All hoping to find an escape. This story is a little gay, just a little. The Dark One's Daughter
A long time ago before humans roamed the earth there lived dragons and their hatchlings and drakes. They feasted on living animals of the water and land and proud to be able to touch the sky. All of them were different shades of colors and some even bore two or three different colors and all of them sparkled in the sun. One year there was a dark hatchling that when he became a drake and wondered into the sun did not shine. He was the only dragon born that could not shine and was named Dark One by the elders. Years down the road he took his name and used it against all the other dragons and chose to follow an evil path of hatred. One year he left his weir and ventured to other lands to find a home for him. He would find young female dragons and use them just to leave them before she laid her clutch of eggs. Most of them would abandon the eggs and others destroyed them. All except for one female who decided it was not the fault of her young ones that he had left. She decided to keep her clutch and raise them herself without the help of the Dark One that had used her. And thus our story begins ...Complete

In a world where magic is all too common, those without magic are heavily discriminated against. Ava Blanchien is one of those humans lacking magic and she grew up with her entire village hating her. Her one solace was a kindly old woman who told her tales of the dragons that lived long ago. However, these tales soon prove themselves to be true and Ava is dragged to a new home with them. The dragons who live in the land of Chimor are much more rare than they used to be and they're having trouble rebuilding their numbers. More so, the humans of Chimor grew up on tales of their ferocity and anger, learning to do nothing but hate and fear their species. When opportunity comes for the humans to wipe them out, Ava must make a choice to save her new home or let it die. . . Warning. There is descriptive violence later on in this story.Complete
The Missing Dragon
Prequel to the unfinished story, A Dragon's Adventure, this is how humans and wings coexist peacefully and how Lylian came to be. As a young dragonet living during the time of war, Lylian was raised differently partly from the fact that she is the princess of all dragons, but also because she is the prophecy dragonet. Instead of being taught only the basic hunting, flying, and surviving as an adult, she was also taught how to use magic, command other dragons, and how to negotiate. Because of this, Lylian tend to go missing and get herself in unpredictable situations. Luckily, each time this happens, she has friends to help her out. But each time she goes missing, she discovers a clue to her family's past, more sinister than the last. If she is able to find out what happened to them and avenge them, she might just be able to become a dragon worthy of being in the prophecy. But if she doesn't figure it out soon, everyone will be doomed. Will she be able to put the clues together to unlock her family's past? This is an original story I have been working on for some time. I am re writing it for various reasons, one being I thought the original pace was too fast. Zyn was unique in that he wasn't marked to become a knight, yet he could talk to the dragons in their own language. Many assume it was because he was exposed to dragons in their egg and raised with them from such a young age. But one day, Zyn finds a newly hatched dragon. It marks him as it's rider. The ice dragons have fled the land years ago, where did this unique dragon come from? How did it find Zyn, a young happy carefree teen who loves dragons far more than humans?
