After Lexi Smith's parents leave for the military, she has to go live with her grandfather, Sam, in Georgia. Lexi doesn't know her grandfather verywell, so things are a little awkward. Lexi can't imagine it being any worse,but then she find out that her grandfather takes in troubled teens. Lexi thinks there are no more surprises, but then she meets Cole Williams. And boy is he full of surprises. Cole and Lexi don't get along at all. All they do is argue and fight. But after a freak accident kills her parents, Lexi turns to Cole for comfort. The two start to become closer, but then a new boy shows up. Colby James is the nephew of one of Sam's old rodeo buddies. Colby is drawn to Lexi, but Lexi is not quite sure if she feels the same. But after a while feeliings grow for Colby.  Feelings grow for both boys. Will Lexi choose the troubled bad boy with a golden heart? Or will she choose the warm good boy with a hidden side?
