Arktorius Lockwood is a 17 year-old Peculiar who has {five} Peculiarities.
•Manipulation and Control over Objects
•Able to not be affect by Loops. (She wont age or die from them if she leaves. But will only age in her own time.)

A person with more than one Peculiarity are called Nuxlings. There are only 15 Nuxlings in total that are currently alive.

When Ark was 16, she was shipped off to Miss P's home for Peculiar Children.
She made lots of friends with the kids there. But she was there before lot of the kids were, she was there before Millard, Hugh, Fiona, Olive, Horace and Claire.
So she was very close to Emma, Victor, Enoch and Bronwyn, they were like Siblings to her. But Ark didn't see Enoch as a brother, but as a love interest.
You see, 12 years ago (in 2016 time), Ark left the Childrens' Home and ventured off to 2004, where she stayed and hidden until 2016. Of course, she didn't age or change, but that's why she stayed hidden, so no one would notice.
In 2016, Ark changed her name to Louise "Lou" Miller, she made home in an abandoned shack near a bridge and started school.
She wasn't noticed throughout school but One person knew there was something odd about her. And that person was Jacob Portman.

In this story, the Hollow attack didn't happen and the Children didn't move. Jacob stayed in 2016 but goes to the childrens' home weekly, mostly to stay for the weekend, telling his father that he stays at his grandpa's.
If you ship Jemma, don't be mad cuz there might be parts when Ark and Jake get friendly.

But that's when the real problems began. You see, Hat Kid had to leave with their best friend who's like a sibling to them, Bow Kid. The two kids had to leave to head back home. And when they did, everyone was heartbroken and a few people had returned back to their old ways. Snatcher being cold and distant, looking for number one(I.E, himself.), Mafia Boss was gifted a robotic body to inhabit for the meantime while dealing with pesky Mu, beating up his mafia men, and last, but not least, the two birds from Dead Bird Studio; Conductor and DJ Grooves. What is to happen if things fall apart? Like, Vanessa kidnapping Snatcher, integrating him on WHY he left her when he is HER prince which causes havoc on the other areas of the world. Melinda goes to a school in a far far away place, to a school of magic but everyone else there is as normal as normal. They learn what school kids do. The usual algebra and chemistry but they are trained with powers. The school do not teach them how to control their powers, they teach themselves. Like every school, there is always the popular and the unpopular. In her school, there is two really sexy prefect, 2 pop stars, 2 princesses, famous actors, cool cheerleaders, geeks, and of course, herself. Everyone in her class was special in a way, even the geeks. There was no average kids, only her. To make things worse, the smart students have been chosen. They were chosen to train and protect their world, Xigix. Xigix calls them CPs which stands for Coolest People since they all think they are so cool. She does not have any hate towards them but the chosen people from her class out of the 6 chosen CPs were the 2 popstars and the 2 princesses, not her. Melinda was upset, the only cool thing was that she dated one of the popstars but they decided to be friends after all. She did not mind that but she does realise that she is the big outcast of the class but on her 18 birthday, she realises something really special. She happens to be the Nyphm of the Ocean. She really is one of the 6 Nypmhs of Xigix together with her not-so-cool classmates, Laurel and Jessilyn, Nymph of Elements and Nymph of the Soul. The other nymphs turn out quite stunning too. Together they are a team but will Melinda's classmate ever see who she really is and will she get accepted as someone special to them? Will she still be considered an outcast to her class?
