Enchanted

When Riley moved to a different country she expected it to be busy and teeming with wild and uncontrollable urban life. C'mon, America the biggest of them all! Who would even think a city could have been nestled between the drunk and the insane was so perfect it left you enchanted? No-one would even think of breaking a rule and the tight group of people were more than lenient on any offence no matter how big or small. But what happens when the city isn't what it seems?
