Mercenaries, bandits, and thieves lurk in the city's streets. They'll cut your throat in an instant or throw into the Glitches themselves if you try to hunt them. Safety is an illusion and trust is a rare privilege amongst the survivors.

The people who created these debts for them have been repaid with the fall of their companies because of lack of money.
