The other souls also remain inside of her, and Asriel has the soul of Kindness. Lets go ahead and say that it was a good fit for him. His family is happy.

Cleansing of my soul, or finding the Crystal Of Hikari. The Crystal was only found in Dusttale, but it was a thing of legend. So, ultimately, Storyshift Chara came in and cleansed my soul. But, with the relief everyone felt that Chara was no longer on my soul, they didn't expect the consequence... You see, cleansing the soul was efficient, but came with risks. And the risk had come with the cleansing of my soul. You will see what that is in this book.
