I was broken, I was hurt inside out... No one noticed. I let tears struck down my face and had lack of sleep, no one noticed. I came to school even when I was sick and tired, no one noticed. It was a regular day every single day. I promised myself, no friends and definitely ignore relationships. But, you really made me break that promise didn't you? ...You really stood out of the crowd from my point of view. Fake friends stood in my way and my parents left me behind. My dad died in a car crash and my mom left me afterwards. I was only left with my brother, Joseph. I knew better than having friends because the hardest part was letting go once you got so close to them and when the betrayal stood at the tip of my nose. I made friends in Phoenix Drop High only to help them or because they kept asking.. Even though I did, I still won't make good memories with them. It's not like it'll turn good anyways.. ..I was tied but now unbound, I was weary and haunted by the past, and now, I have found true happiness all because of everybody that I have met. And.. Thank you Aaron, for always believing me and being by my side.

"I'll keep dancing for you." Being a dancer is hard work. But hard work can be made easy as long as you have friends on your side. Aphmau Phoenix and Aaron Lycan have been friends since they were in elementary school. After Aphmau moved away, they never expected to see each other, except maybe in their dreams. But at the start of college at Phoenix Academy for Dance, a new face arrives. Aaron, who's a senior, and Aphmau, who's a junior, instantly recognize each other and remember the days spent goofing off and dancing to whatever was on the radio. But life is full of ups and downs. And Aphmau is in for more than her fair share of downs. Will she be able to move past these tragedies with the help of friends, or will she forever be stuck in the bottom of life?
