Never tell people your entire story. It was the number 1 rule Dan lived by. It wouldn't make things better, usually only worse. One time, he had told his entire story, but everything had fallen apart because of that single mistake. It had caused him to lose both his home and his friends, making him live on the streets and trying to get by with what other people would give him. Dan is highly depressed and falls for Phil, his best friend who tries to help him out of his self destructive path. Trigger warning -mention of self harm, death, eating disorders, alcoholism. Some personal views about these issues are expressed so I'm sorry if you don't agree with them but hey that's why I said "personal".

Dan is quiet and never in a very good mood. Due to the bully at school and his general home life, he's depressed and he doesn't like to eat much as it only makes him more depressed. Dan truly just wants to be loved. Phil is usually always happy, his home life may be scattered but he for the most part doesn't let it bother him, and he seems to just go with the flow, that is until Dan catches his attention and Phil makes a decision to stick up for Dan. But why ? {told in both Dan and Phil's points of view} {mentions of bullying, depression, torture, strong language, and is overall just very sad.}

Dan is a struggling alcoholic who doesn't know which way to go, will Phil point him in the right direction?

Phil is an orphan, bullied, and living alone with no friends in a home. He does his best not to let that fact that no one seems to care about him get to him, but it's getting harder. When a young girl is put into the care system and gets fostered by her two internet idols who quite frankly, saved her life, she thinks that there is not one thing that could go wrong in the world- especially when she knows they're in love with each other and would do anything to protect her. When things go wrong and her past comes back to kick her, Jay struggles to keep her family safe. As their lives seem to unravel around them, Jay and her family know only one thing: you fight for the people you love... and sometimes, you lose.
