Callie walked into the sunlit kitchen to see her foster moms making breakfast. Without saying anything she sat down and poured a glass of orange juice. 

"Hey Cal, what are you doing up so early?" Stef asked setting a plate of bacon on the counter. 

"Um moms, I need to talk to you about something. It's something that I should have mentioned before you even adopted Jude." Callie said making Stef and Lena sit down. 

"Callie. What is it?" Stef asked concerned glancing at her wife. Callie took a deep breath. She thought maybe she could back out, but she knew they needed to know this.
