May is the type of person who notices everything. She can read people and can know almost everything about a person by listening to the way they speak and watching the way they act. She can pick apart someone's mind with just a glance. All but one.
Sam is your typical 'better-than-everyone' jock, on the outside. On the inside, locked away safe from everyone is this complete other person that remains a mystery to all those around him. May wasn't sure of her feelings, she was interested in him because she couldn't unlock his mind like she could everyone else. She wanted to know him, to be able to understand him. She wanted to crawl in and dig through his deepest, darkest thoughts. The two were from different world's, located in different galaxy's.
