More research was done, and tests were then created and perfected to identify regressors and possible caregivers, along with matching them up and creating places spesifically for them. Daycares, playgrounds, hospital units. Everything was safe and accepting, from a legal standpoint at least. Jake was a regular college student. He played soccer, he went to his classes, he partied every other weekend, and he shared his dorm with his best friend, Mason. They both took the test at once, knowing what they'd likely be, but.. they weren't correct. Or even close. Now Jake's stuck with 3 caregivers, struggling to accept that he's a regressor, and having to adjust to his entire life changing in front of him without him having much of a say in it. At least he can still go into engineering like he wanted, right? Or is that being taken away from him too?

I know what you must be thinking. Why not name this title ' the adventures of Sharkboy, lavagirl and whatever my name is'? Well because that would of ruin the whole story. For this is not really my story, i was not created as a dream. I'm an actual human and I did not come from max, nor planet drool. I was born on earth like every other normal child there is. The only thing different about me is that I have a special power. Although I don't seem to know about this power, nor understand how to use it I'm a main target for everyone. I can rather save everybody from a terrible event or destroy everyone within seconds. Because of this I am very weary around people and shy too. As I try my best to blend in it becomes harder and harder each day to keep my self from exposing this energy. The worse part is I don't even know I have it! Well not until later on. Drama. Drama. Drama. That pretty much describes my life. I mean when your living with your 7 older brothers, 5 cousins, best friends, and a 3 month old baby, life can't get any better! And then there's school. Well school is school. Loaded with a the different 'groups' of kids. The geeks, popular, etc. And last but not least, my parents. We don't even know where they are most the time since they go on business trips after business trips. They come for for a week at the most and leave again. My family is not rich, but not poor.
