At one point she discovers two beings(Latika and X) that help her travel in time long before the incident. There she will find a otaku in the 12th grade and use her advanced technollogy to give him powers like Rinnegan and Byakugan, regeneration, danger sense and a hyper agility to make him the perfect soldier due to an old story. Will Gaia stop the person who caused the chaos? This story is based on one of my harem fantasies.

This will be a story where the characters watch Accelerator. I do specifically mean Accelerator, the character from A Certain Magical Index, as well as A Certain Scientific Accelerator and A Certain Scientific Railgun.
