The Divine council
A court of 6 angels to judge an Angel and correct their actions if they get out of hand or disobey the Angel code of conduct.
There are 14 rules.
1: Never show your wings
2: Obey the council
3: Obey the conduct
4: Never make physical contact with an earthy being
5: Never tell an earthy being that you are an angel
6: Never mention the code of conduct in front of an earthy being
7: Never take the plunge to hell unless advised by the council to do so in order to save a soul that is innocent.
8: Never let an unholy being see you
9: Remain polite
10: Never do anything considered wrongful, or immoral.
11: Never mention the lords name in vain.
12: Only allow minimal visual contact with earthly beings.
13: Never step past the gate. EVER.
