"But what if it's haunted?!" Anna replied with a horrified expression.
"Your on." Penny said to Ellie while grinning. She never turned down a dare.

Penny isn't your typical young adult. She looks for adventure and fun while studying to be a journalist.  She is the one her friends go to for advice and fun. She's spunky and never turns down a dare. One night, she's dared to go into the basement of an abandoned house. Of course, she accepts. Little does she know, she's not alone. There in the shadows, is someone who changes her life forever.
