In the depths of the cosmos, there wanders a man by the name of Jeremy. Known among stars as the gum that sticks to any surface and bounces off any problem. He might not have wits for most situations, but he does have a plan for everything - it mainly consists of going on instinct... Sometimes he falls, decides to get close to death a little too much... and still manages to live to tell the tale. But a tale it is not...silliness might be a big part of it, but never would one think so after meeting Juliah...

Never swallow your gum. Jerry, an avid partier and good time haver, suddenly has his actions come back to haunt him as he wakes up to find something unnervingly wrong with his body. Throughout his life, Jerry had convinced himself that he was invincible, rarely getting sick, never breaking a bone, yet when things suddenly changed, the hardest call he ever made was requesting an ambulance. Thinking he could just sleep the pain off, he didn't expect to be nearly paralyzed when he woke up. Embarrassed, being found the way he was, little could he ever imagine the discoveries that'd soon be made. As questions surface about Jerry's condition, the discoveries that follow and dark secrets from the past resurface from unlikely places. No one could've imagined something pink, gelatinous, and referred to as Gary Gumball could ever exist, let alone be alive, as the seven-year rumours about gum stop seeming so far-fetched.
