Second semester begins for 16 year old Miesha West. She believes it will be the same. She has her best friend Ranea, who is her only friend. It doesn't matter to her because she wants to live a drama free life. When a new student, Devin, transfers to her school, her life starts to change. As Devin gives her more attention, she feels a genuine friendship blossoming. However, after one incident, Miesha experiences an unexpected event that affects her friendship with Ranea. She tries her best to adapt. As more drama unfolds, Miesha realizes that she may not be able to handle it.
