A feisty and rather feminine boy goes to the Lantern Festival as he goes every year. Every year the Kings and Princes of the four parts of the world meet at the festival.

This year, however, is different because the King of the North and the King of the West has come to the lantern festival to announce that their sons are going to be crowned the next Kings of the North and West. So the two Princes absolutely need to come to the annual Festival of the Lanterns. To tell the truth, the two Princes also came to play around and find concubines for themselves for after they are crowned Kings.
