Despotism has taken place in Tierra Primus. A 'new world' created and led by harsh dictators.

Rebels have sought out to remove the dictators from power since they ascended to power, but none have been successful.

It's 2217 and Jo Valencia's family along with many other rebels' have been brutally killed under the authority of Dictator Kane.

Jo is among many rebels who seek to assassinate Kane after all his years of terror as Dictator. However, Kane has half the sectors brainwashed to favor him over the rebels, becoming difficult for Jo to reach her goal.

Along the way, Jo makes unusual allies and friends. Unfortunately, groups are never immune from facing betrayal, hardships, love and grief. But in the midst of their tribulations, will they be able to bring Dictator Kane and his brutes down?
