Dashi is really the most cheerful person anyone's ever met. But an unfulfilling college job as a café cashier is wearing her down.
Shellington is a nerdy university student armed with nothing more than a smile and a healthy dose of awkward who stumbles upon the very café at which Dashi works.
Is it love at first sight? Neither of them knows for sure. But they both know there's something there, and it's down to them to chase it.
Tired girl meets charming boy, romance ensues - one of the most clichéd of clichés.
But here's hoping it can make for a decent story.
