"I tell the boys and girls: Allah (SWT) has already written the names of your spouses for you. What you need to do is work on your relationship with Allah (SWT). He will send him/her to you when you're ready. It is only a matter of time." - Sheikh Mamdouh Jamila has always loved the idea of falling in love and getting married, however as she knows herself, Allah (SWT) will send her, her spouse when she's ready and while she awaits that wonderful moment, she only plans to enhance and work on her flawed relationship with her deen. You see, Jamila isn't all perfect but who is? She has trouble balancing her deen and this temporary world we call dunya but we all know placing the dunya before your deen will only result in the downfall of one. Mahad isn't so keen on the idea of love and is instead consumed with the idea of his religion which is great but everyone knows what happens when you mix religion with culture. Mahad has the unfortunate experience of finding out the consequences, however, is he able to balance all the problems that have now arisen? When the two cross paths, it's as if all their problems at home don't exist and it's only them with their beautiful religion bringing them closer and blossoming their relationship like a heavenly flower. As if their love was a match made in Jannah. (See what i did there :p) 'And we created you in pairs' (Quran78:8)
