Scarlett Carrizal (or Scarlett Rose) is pretty well known on YouTube for tutorials, rants, covers, and randomness. Jaxon Moriarty is a "YouTube Celebrity" that has a major crush Scarlett. He always watches her videos and follows her on all of her social network accounts. This Summer, Scarlett and her friends are staying at the Carson Beach, the same place where Jaxon spends every summer since childhood. So what happens when they encounter each other?
