This is my first story on this website. Avery has lived a great 17 years. Her life is changed forever when she gets into a car accident killing her parents on impact. Not only does she have to navigate the world with out her parents, but she has to do it while getting adjusted to wearing a prosthetic leg. Will she let the one person she never expected to help her a wounded up tight soldier who has a past of her own, or will she never move past the things she can't do ?

Still she continued on, becoming an OT and working under the doctor who helped her she changed the lives of many others like herself.
